Job summary

My Senior Health Plan seeks a compassionate Client Care Associate to join our Client Services team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, welcome new clients, and assist with ongoing client engagement while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The ideal candidate communicates well with seniors and families, manages multiple priorities, and contributes to positive client experiences throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct welcome calls for new MSHP clients and follow up as needed.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Document client interactions accurately in company systems.
• Support with scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks.
