Position Overview
As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as an important link between our clients, licensed agents, and insurance carrier partners. Your attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service will help create a positive experience for every individual we assist.
Client Support & Service
- Provide courteous and professional support by phone and email.
- Assist clients by answering questions accurately and compassionately.
- Complete verification calls and follow-up outreach to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Administrative Operations
- Review and process insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain client information and activity records within CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Assemble and distribute enrollment materials, welcome kits, and other documentation.
- Monitor application progress and communicate with insurance carriers regarding status updates.
Team & Sales Support
- Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Assist with post-enrollment client outreach and satisfaction initiatives.
- Support departmental projects and general administrative activities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with at least one year of administrative or customer service experience, or an associate degree.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, web-based applications, and technology tools.
- Genuine passion for serving and helping others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based role utilizing computers and standard office equipment.
- May occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Requires regular movement within the office and extended periods of sitting.
