Randstad USA in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Client Support Specialist to deliver professional service to B2B clients and support back‑end tasks such as invoicing and data requests. You will manage the order lifecycle from initiation to completion to ensure accurate, timely delivery and strong client satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of B2B customer service experience and an associate degree, with proficiency in MS Office and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion client success: Deliver prompt, convenient, and professional customer service to assigned B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and empathy.
• Streamline operations: Support the team with vital back‑end tasks, expertly managing invoicing, executing data requests, and diligently following up with clients to maintain smooth workflows.
• Optimize order flow: Proactively manage the order process from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to drive client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience with an Associates Degree.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Robust analytical skills paired with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and apply it effectively to solve client needs.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
