Deluxe Corporation is seeking a data specialist to analyze, prepare, and update data in our legacy systems, feeding information into new systems (billing, NEK, CBD). You will navigate multiple database platforms and work with internal and external customers to deliver a positive, efficient experience.

As an SME, you will summarize project progress, ensure data integrity, document completed processes, and oversee updates.

Qualifications

• HS/GED and customer service or client-facing experience.
• Data entry experience and CRM familiarity.
• Experience with legacy and billing systems is a plus.

Job Description

Analyze, prepare, and update data in Deluxe's legacy systems, based on data provided by the client or customers, to be input into new systems (billing, legacy, NEK, CDB). Navigates several database systems to implement data changes. Works closely with internal and external customers and provides a positive, efficient, and effective experience.

Relationship management: establish a positive relationship with internal/external customers. Addresses and resolves complex issues. Acts as an SME for recommending and guiding customer's course of action. Through verbal and written communication, it summarizes and communicates the project process and progress.

Data and process integrity: fields data requests, provide documentation for completed processes/tasks, analyzes client specifications, and request for the best course of action and oversees and ensures proper implementation of updates.

Assists Financial institutions with systems and data changes resulting in service choice fees.

Basic Qualifications

• Education and Experience: HS/GED and customer service or client-facing experience. Systems knowledge legacy, billing, NEK, CBD.
• Data entry experience.
• Experience with a CRM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Experience at Deluxe in production and experience with computers and database structures.
• Experience with SalesForce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
