The Client Support Services Supervisor is responsible for guiding and supporting our employees in the Janitorial and Mailroom Departments. Responsibilities include coordinating all activities within these departments, acting as a customer liaison, ensuring employee safety, maintaining proper equipment, overseeing quality control, and achieving productivity goals.
Standard office policies, procedures, and methodologies.
Conduct operational, safety, and quality audits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Location: Federal Building, 550 Main Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. Conveniently located near multiple bus routes in a secure and well-maintained environment.
