• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound client communications and scheduling is preferred.
• Ability to professionally represent the company and escalate to licensed agents when needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients and route complex issues to the appropriate agent.
• Schedule 1-on-1 review meetings, events, and follow-ups with clients.
• Assist agents with day-to-day client communications, appointments, and message relays.
• Log call outcomes, scheduling notes, and client information accurately.
• Maintain a warm, professional tone on calls and escalate coverage- or compliance-related questions to licensed agents.
