About The Role
We are looking for a Product Application Support Specialist to assist our customers by resolving application-related issues, providing troubleshooting support, and offering recommendations for resolving product-related inquiries. In this role, you will interact with clients to address their concerns, provide technical support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze and resolve client issues using department guidelines and timeframes.
  2. Respond to inquiries and requests related to products and services.
  3. Troubleshoot client issues, including software dependencies and escalations to level 3 or engineering if necessary.
  4. Research information using available resources and provide solutions for client problems.
  5. Maintain and manage systems to provide answers to common questions.
  6. Provide internal feedback for product enhancement based on client input.
  7. Handle inbound calls, emails, and create cases within the designated service level window.
  8. Organize ideas and communicate effectively with both clients and co-workers.
  9. Follow up with clients and make scheduled call-backs when necessary.
  10. Participate in internal training on Net Health products.
  11. Work during occasional holidays, evenings, and weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client service or technical support role; relevant degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including medical billing, claims processing, or healthcare financial systems, is preferred.

Required Software Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • 0-2 years’ experience using enterprise software solutions (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP).

Salary Range: $16.80 - $21.00 USD
