Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers to promote our clients’ brand, products, and services
  • Explain product features and benefits, confidently answer inquiries
  • Report customer feedback to management and clients, suggest improvements
  • Analyze acquisition metrics and KPIs to maximize sales
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to compliance standards
  • Draft, organize, and manage sales contracts
  • Participate in meetings to develop skills in customer service, sales, and leadership
Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and confidently present information
  • Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is a plus
