Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a First Shift Client Support Lead in Plainfield, IN. You will be the primary liaison for clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring timely, accurate order processing and problem resolution.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration with Warehouse, Transportation, and Operations teams, and a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
• Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience in a 3PL environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address customer needs to build long-term trust and strengthen client relationships.
• Efficiently resolve complex customer complaints with timely, appropriate solutions and follow-through.
• Build trust with customers through clear, open communication channels.
• Serve as the primary contact between customers and internal teams including Warehouse, Transportation, and Operations.
• Oversee accurate processing and input of all customer orders, including special shipping requests and order-related paperwork.
• Monitor order statuses and communicate updates; partner with operations to verify product availability and track shipments.
