Precision Medicine Client Support Coordinator

The Client Support Coordinator is a versatile role with many touchpoints throughout the customer experience. This role is essential to delivering prompt attention to client and internal team needs, ensuring a seamless experience every time a customer interacts with Labcorp Oncology assays and the Medical team. Must be able to work EST hours

Essential Duties

  • Entering new lab orders into front end systems.
  • Receive, respond to and triage client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails and faxes.
  • Daily communication and interaction with clients to provide case updates.
  • Facilitate client and case specific special handling scenarios.
  • Partner with team to support work flow including order entry, report delivery and information requests.
  • Log cases in CRM tool for tracking and management.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Contribute to and support ongoing customer improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and address potential areas of concern.
  • Communicate with management regarding potential issues and address customer pain points.
  • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in related customer support field.
  • Highly customer focused, motivated and outcome driven.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and respond positively to new and unusual situations.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows based systems and applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience in the oncology field

The application window for this position is: 6/19/2025 - 6/21/2025

Salary range: $22 - $26/hr

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
