Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Support Associate on the Business Insurance team in the Raleigh area. You will deliver prompt and courteous service to clients and colleagues while processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits with precision.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, two years BI experience, and the possibility to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two years of Business Insurance experience required.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

A day in the life.

As our Client Support Associate on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Attention to Detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight
