Job summary

Trex Fencing FDS is seeking a Client Services Representative to engage with consumer and business customers by responding to product inquiries, building quotes, processing orders, and supporting our outside sales team. This on-site role in Provo, Utah also requires booking warm leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

We value strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or inside sales.
• Some college coursework or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to provide product information, build quotes, process orders, and support sales activity.
• Review project plans and specifications to generate accurate pricing for fence projects.
• Book warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and develop relationships with accounts through consistent communication.
• Enter and track customer interactions through our CRM system accurately.
