Job summary

Lush Banners, a fast-growing trade show display solutions company, seeks a Client Success Associate to be the first contact for clients, respond quickly to inquiries, prepare quotes, place and track orders, and maintain clear communication with the design and operations teams.

The role is long-term, full-time with a focus on improving conversions and client experience, requiring 2+ years in customer-facing roles and strong English communication. On-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and AI-enabled workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Fast client response and quoting: reply to chats, calls, and emails within one business hour.
• Order processing and tracking: enter orders, update statuses, and notify clients.
• Client follow-up and retention: quarterly check-ins, reorder follow-ups, winback and gifting.
• Administrative and team support: keep documents, drive, and CRM current.
• Foster relationships and adhere to company policies.
