Lush Banners, a fast-growing trade show display solutions company, seeks a Client Success Associate to be the first contact for clients, respond quickly to inquiries, prepare quotes, place and track orders, and maintain clear communication with the design and operations teams.

The role is long-term, full-time with a focus on improving conversions and client experience, requiring 2+ years in customer-facing roles and strong English communication. On-site role with growth potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fast client response and quoting: reply to chats, calls, and emails within one business hour.

• Client follow-up and retention: quarterly check-ins, reorder follow-ups, winback and gifting.
• Administrative and team support: keep documents, drive, and CRM current.
• Foster relationships and adhere to company policies.

THE POSITION

As the Client Success Associate, you are often the first person our clients hear from. You will answer incoming inquiries, prepare quotes, place and track orders, and keep our client communication moving quickly and accurately. You will work closely with our Director of Operations and our design team to make sure every order goes out right and every client gets a clear, timely answer.

- This position is Long-term and Full-time: We are looking for team leaders to work and grow with us for 5+ years.

- You will work in a fast-paced environment and communicate directly with clients, internal & virtual teams daily.

- You will help execute our growth strategy that improves conversions, strengthens client experience, acquisition, and retention.

The ideal candidate is fast, genuinely enjoys helping people, and has exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, and is eager to learn new tools and Ai-first workflows.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fast Client Response & Quoting

• Reply to incoming chats, calls, emails, and service tickets first reply within one business hour.
• Prepare and send quotes using our product pages, quote tools, and approved templates.
• Follow up on open quotes and keep leads moving toward a decision.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Place client orders accurately in our OPS system – product, pricing, artwork status, shipping, and payment.
• Enter and update tracking numbers, and notify clients when orders ship or deliver.
• Coordinate with our vendors and design team to keep orders moving on schedule.
• Keep our CRM (Bitrix24) current daily – move leads out of first reply, update stages, create contacts, and merge duplicates.
• Track daily leads, quotes, conversions, and outreach numbers in our KPI sheet.
• Review call logs weekly and flag qualified leads.

Client Follow-Up & Retention Support

• Support our outreach program – quarterly check-ins, reorder follow-ups, winback, and client gifting.
• Send client postcards and appreciation touches on schedule.
• Support claims intake: gather the details, document the issue clearly, and elevate to the Operations Manager without delay.

Administrative & Team Support

• Keep documentation, reporting, and our Google Drive organized and up to date.
• Manage office supply ordering and support company lunches, client events, and recognition.
• Complete internal projects and assigned tasks on time and with good quality.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Foster and sustain good team and partner relationships.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

HOW YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED

• Response time on chats, calls, emails, and service tickets
• # of leads, quotes, and conversions handled
• Order accuracy – claims or errors due to oversight
• CRM cleared and updated daily
• Outreach and client follow-ups completed on time

EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES & EXPECTATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, sales support, virtual assistance, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for chat, email, and phone support.
• A warm, patient, and genuinely helpful manner — you put the client first, always.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry, especially in a CRM.
• Intelligent, quick on your feet, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Productive, driven, with strong follow-up and follow-through.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, eCommerce platforms, CRM, and AI tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred (High Value):

• Experience in trade show exhibits, eCommerce, or display industries.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• AI-first mindset (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.).

OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Must be able to travel to meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.

- Flexibility to stand or lean over a waist-high table to inspect, install, or pack packages.

- Sitting or standing at a desk for up to 8 hours a day

COMPENSATION PACKAGE BENEFITS:

1) 100% Paid Health Insurance with no waiting period. Employee medical, dental, vision & life insurance covered.

2) Employer sponsored 401(k) retirement plan (1 year waiting period)

5) Unpaid Personal Medical and Family Leave (MFL) up to 60 days per year upon approval.

ANNUAL PAYROLL PACKAGE:

$65,000 to $ 70,000 plus benefits as listed above, payroll includes:

1) Base Salary of $45,000 - $ 50,000 Annually (payable biweekly, based on your educational background, relative experiences, and final job descriptions).

2) Quarterly revenue sharing plus performance bonuses up to $15,000 annually (based on serviced revenue & performance matrix, payable quarterly).

3) Health Insurance or Cash Allowances. Up to $5,000 annually
