Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and obtain complete documentation from clients.
• Process entity due diligence, KYC, and beneficial ownership information.
• Image and index all deposit and client documentation for recordkeeping.
• Perform account maintenance and update client records.
• Respond to client inquiries about bank products, accounts, and policies.
• Provide loan support, process payments on lines of credit, and assist with documentation.
• Collaborate with Loan Operations, Treasury Management and Deposit Operations to monitor services.
