You will provide training and ongoing support to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our software and tools. You will interact with Precision Ag platforms such as John Deere Ops Center and Climate

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in Agronomy or related fields.
• Knowledge of farming practices or agronomy preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to adapt to situations.
• Entry-level; no prior work experience required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers.
• Assist customers with migration of data.
• Establish software connections to streamline data flow.
• Provide training and support to customers to maximize software utilization.
• Communicate well with customers and internal staff.
• Work with Precision Ag systems such as John Deere Ops Center, Climate FieldView, and more.
