Job summary

Total Cleaning is seeking a Client Success Specialist to cultivate lasting relationships with our clients, visit sites, and ensure satisfaction with cleaning services. You will work closely with operations and sales to renew contracts and address client requests.

The role requires excellent communication, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while promoting trust and retention.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of client retention, sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Professional appearance and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients regularly to discuss service quality and renew contracts.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales to ensure timely contract renewals.
• Log and communicate client requests and issues to the team.
• Follow up after service adjustments to ensure expectations are met.
• Document client interactions and resolutions for retention tracking.
• Meet quarterly sales budget by offering additional services.
