Base pay range: $52,500.00/yr - $71,250.00/yr

Job Overview

The Client Success Representative supports the department by identifying new opportunities, assisting with contract acquisition, supporting existing client programs, and providing operational support to the Director level. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, security process management, proposal support, and collaboration with Business Development to grow CGS’s portfolio. The role may involve billable project work and requires a broad understanding of government contracting and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems.
2. Assist in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement processes.
3. Manage candidate pipelines and security screening processes.
4. Support client relationship management and growth initiatives.
5. Contribute to business development activities, including market research, technical writing, and sourcing personnel.
6. Assist with onboarding new clients and proposal phases.
