Job summary

CBI Interiors is seeking a Client Support Project Manager in Brentwood, TN to oversee order management, pricing, logistics, and on-time project delivery. You will coordinate with the CBI Workplace Consultants, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction from initiation through job completion.

This role emphasizes accuracy in proposals, pricing, and post-project support, including warranty handling and service requests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related industry experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple orders and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple orders and clients concurrently.
• Maintain meticulous order details and documentation.
• Proficiency with pricing tools, business systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Maintain professional, consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Investigate and report order issues promptly.
• Prepare and manage client proposals and pricing.
• Create/update proposals using pricing tools and Excel.
• Enter and track orders in the business system.
• Verify acknowledgements and input data into the system.
• Track and convey delivery status to clients.
• Collaborate effectively in a team.
• Understand contracts, discounts, margins, and vendor interactions.
• Coordinate delivery scheduling and site-visit analysis for owned deliveries.
• Oversee punch completion on schedule.
• Secure approvals for final invoicing.
• Maintain post-project client relationship through Day 2 needs.
• Oversee warranty claims and service requests.
• Manage backlog for multiple projects and small orders.
