Job summary

TransPerfect Connect is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator/ manager to respond to client requests, collaborate with the production team on scope, cost and timelines, and initiate all project work with clear budgets and instructions.

You will monitor progress, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, and act as the central point of contact between client and internal staff, while adhering to ISO standards and continuously improving service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Customer service and/or project management experience.
• Ability to organize, multi-task and work in a team.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives via centralized tech.
• Collaborate with production team to estimate scope, cost and timelines.
• Provide budget, schedule, and instructions to project team and anticipate roadblocks.
• Address pitfalls with the client before submission to production.
• Initiate project specifics to set up success for production.
• Learn clients' industry and culture to educate the team and maintain service.
• Monitor progress, meet deadlines and budgets, deliver high quality deliverables.
• Serve as liaison between client and internal production staff.
• Set and fulfill client expectations.
• Comply with internal regulations and ISO standards.
• Troubleshoot project issues when applicable.
• Understand project instructions and communicate to the team.
• Investigate client complaints when applicable.
• Discuss issues with clients and production staff to solve problems.
