Karoly Windows & Doors LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Consultant to be the first contact for prospective customers. You will handle inbound calls and emails, collect details for in-home quotes, schedule site visits with our Director of Project Development, and send quotes and follow-up information.

This in-person role in Clearwater, FL, offers a 40-hour week, with hourly pay between $19 and $23, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must handle inbound calls and emails with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience using a CRM to manage and track leads.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep detailed notes.
• Preferred: familiarity with home service or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from new inquiries and collect details for in-home quotes.
• Follow up with online inquiries and website submissions to guide next steps.
• Schedule appointments for site visits and quotes.
• Send quotes and follow-up communication after appointments.
• Greet customers at the showroom and provide brochures and information.
