Job summary

Publication Printers corp. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of orders between customers, sales representatives, and production, ensuring each job is produced efficiently and to the customer’s specifications.

You will serve as the main contact for customers and sales reps, gather and relay information, plan job tickets, and coordinate with estimating and scheduling, while keeping detailed records to protect both the company and client.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or equivalent customer service experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization and communication skills are necessary.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of the printing process is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers and sales reps on jobs.
• Learns customer needs and looks for efficiency improvements.
• Solves problems and gathers/transmits information as needed.
• Takes job specs from Sales Rep or customer and initiates job tickets.
• Plans the job, creates layouts and impositions, and coordinates with production.
• Tracks jobs through production and communicates status and changes.
• Maintains accurate records of all jobs and contacts.
• Attends daily production meetings and provides status reports.
