KP LLC in Riverton, UT is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our Operations Team. You will plan, coordinate, and manage service requirements while aligning with client specifications and KP guidelines.

You will liaise with clients, sales, IT, and operations after installation, gather specifications, prepare proposals, and maintain clear communications to ensure accurate service delivery. Our team emphasizes responsiveness and teamwork to meet deadlines.

Qualificações

• Associate degree plus 1–2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in print, mail and fulfillment
• Basic to intermediate skills of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Liaison between the Client, Sales, IT and Operations after initial installation; plan, develop methods and coordinate program activities
• Manage client relationships and communications on current business issues
• Gather client specifications for print, mail, fulfillment or technology-based solutions; coordinate with internal resources and provide estimates and proposals
• Compare customer specs to work orders, change orders and invoicing to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and provide reports and analytics to client and sales; communicate milestones and status
• Maintain timely communications between sales, operations and customer; participate in meetings and reviews; follow up on inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate with suppliers to meet delivery dates
• Collaborate with team to back up workload and meet deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
