Job summary

Alta Capital Management in Salt Lake City seeks a detail‑oriented Client Service Ops Associate to support our Client Services team. You will help onboarding, account setup, and coordination with custodians to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role collaborates with advisors, portfolio managers, operations and compliance to deliver precise reports, maintain CRM data, and drive process improvements in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of wealth management or client-facing operational experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new clients, including account setup and documentation with custodians.
• Serve as operational contact for clients; respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Trading and Operations for account maintenance and deposits/withdrawals.
• Prepare reports, performance summaries, and meeting materials for advisors.
• Maintain CRM records with accuracy and timely updates.
• Support advisors with workflow management and client-service initiatives.
