Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a highly organized operations support professional to assist leadership with daily management priorities and oversee client account administration. This role offers a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

You will coordinate billing, manage vendor relationships, streamline workflows in Salesforce, and provide light marketing and project coordination support to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and executive support to leadership.
• Coordinate billing and accounts payable processes, assist with vendor relationships, and help resolve operational issues.
• Work to improve internal workflows, Salesforce administration, the client experience, and the firm’s broader software/technology processes.
• Assist with operational preparation for surge review seasons and provide light marketing and project coordination support.
• Assist the operations team with client account administration.
• Process account openings, maintenance requests, updates.
• Work closely with custodians and platform providers such as Charles Schwab, Nationwide, and College America.
