The AME Group in Vincennes, IN is seeking a Client Success Coordinator who excels at helping people, solving problems, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong client relationships, onboard and support accounts, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams. This is a full-time role with an excellent benefits package.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Serve as a point of contact for client questions, needs, and ongoing support.
• Assist with client onboarding and account support.
• Communicate with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Help coordinate schedules and keep client requests moving.
• Assist with order processing, invoicing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
