Job summary

Weight Watchers is seeking a Client Success Consultant to support marketing, reporting, and project management for the Client Success team. You’ll work with Client Success Managers and internal partners to aid key accounts, craft marketing packets, and create compelling annual reports that demonstrate program value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years in marketing, sales, client success or project management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dispersed team environment.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to drive toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, reporting, and project management efforts for Client Success.
• Create customized marketing asset packets and client-facing presentations.
• Develop high-quality annual reporting presentations showing program value.
• Keep CRM account information current and complete.
• Collaborate with CS Managers and internal stakeholders to aid success.
