Job summary

Weight Watchers is seeking a Client Success Consultant to support marketing, reporting, and project management across the Client Success team. You will work with Client Success Managers to support key accounts and deliverables, serving as an operational backbone during a growth period.

You will partner with strategy, sales, operations and marketing to inform account success, create customized marketing assets, and ensure CRM data accuracy. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years related experience in marketing, sales, client success, project management, or wellness industry.
• Experience with Google Suite, Hubspot, Looker and Jira preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an additional support person for growth objectives of key accounts for Client Success Managers.
• Aggregate client results/reporting and support creation of client-facing presentations; focus on annual and quarterly reviews.
• Partner with CS SME and Data Analytics on enhanced reporting initiatives.
• Assist with new client launches or relaunches and other ad hoc initiatives.
• Coordinate internally to achieve issue resolution and provide client support.
