Job summary

WeightWatchers for Business is seeking a Client Success Consultant to support marketing, reporting, and project management for key accounts. You will collaborate with Client Success Managers and internal teams to deliver client-focused assets, annual reporting, and CRM accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a temporary, hybrid role through June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years related experience (marketing, sales, client success, project management, wellness industry)
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive towards business goals under limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong desire for process documentation and improvement
• Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent time management skills including planning, prioritizing, logistics, and scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced, dispersed workforce environment
• Experience working with Google Suite and other tools such as Hubspot, Looker, Jira preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as an additional support person for growth objectives of key accounts for CS Managers
• Aggregate client results/reporting and support creation of client-facing presentations; focus on annual/quarterly reviews
• Partner with CS SME and Data Analytics on enhanced reporting initiatives
• Assist in ad hoc initiatives across the book of business including new client launches or relaunches
• Assist with internal coordination to achieve issue resolution and general client support
