Job summary

Oliver Inc. is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of accounts within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will coordinate proofs, samples, and approvals while aligning with Sales and Production to ensure every order is accurate and delivered on time.

In this role you will maintain CRM data, support order accuracy, and lead capability tours and client visits as needed. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in customer service, sales, or a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and ERP/CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness for occasional overnight travel as needed.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts and ensure orders, samples, estimates, and job specifications are communicated clearly—internally and externally.
• Review client goals and challenges and recommend solutions that support brand targets.
• Maintain CRM contacts and monitor customer workflows, partnering with Sales to resolve issues.
• Present proofs, secure approvals, supply samples, and confirm delivery dates.
• Audit and update open sales orders and unbilled orders to support accurate billing.

Mid‑day, you host a plant tour that showcases our capabilities and align on delivery dates.
