Job Description

This is a remote position.

FL3XX is a comprehensive software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for the business aviation industry. It covers trip quoting, flight scheduling, crew management, customs, and migrations. We primarily serve Part 135 charter operators, Part 91 management operators, and corporate flight departments in the United States, while expanding globally. As a U.S.-based employee, you will work with operators across North America.

We seek a candidate to grow into a Customer Success & Implementation role, managing accounts, onboarding, training, and project tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for aviation professionals interested in transitioning into the tech industry, starting with smaller operators and potentially advancing to enterprise account management.

NOTE: THIS IS A 1099 POSITION

What you'll do:
Month 0 to Month 3
  • Learn about FL3XX software: its functions, features, and troubleshooting techniques;
  • Understand FL3XX as a company: culture, processes, work procedures, and responsibilities;
  • Begin managing smaller accounts under the guidance of the Head of the CS team.
Month 4 to Month 8
  • Take sole ownership of accounts: build relationships, resolve issues, and promote platform adoption;
  • Serve as Key Account Manager for a portfolio of clients, directing requests, fostering relationships, and encouraging feature usage.
Month 9 Onward
  • Onboard new accounts of varying sizes under supervision;
  • Continue serving as Key Account Manager, deepening client relationships and driving feature adoption;
  • Begin working on personal projects such as creating training materials, developing request tracking systems, or hosting user seminars.
Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Comfort with new technologies and quick software learning ability; startup experience is a plus;
  • Experience in business aviation roles such as sales, flight coordination, passenger services, or crew management;
  • Ability to approach customer issues systematically;
  • Participation in key account management, onboarding, and customer training;
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Self-confidence, adaptability, and willingness to learn from mistakes;
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills;
  • Well-organized with good prioritization skills;
  • Based in the US.
