Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years in account management, client relations, or sales.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships and address concerns.
• Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Maintain regular communication via emails, calls, and meetings for updates and feedback.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with internal teams for tailored solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
• Escalate issues to appropriate departments while ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare periodic reports on account status and KPIs for management.
