Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and grow client relationships in Florida. You will be the primary contact, coordinating service delivery, addressing client needs, and proposing tailored solutions to enhance the client experience with our lake management services.

The role emphasizes communication, project coordination, and proactive problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of account management, client relations, or sales experience in environmental services or related industry.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships and address concerns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Communicate regularly via emails, calls, and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Coordinate project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

• Prepare reports on account status and KPIs for management.
