Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships and proactively address concerns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage all relationship aspects.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via emails, calls, and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Assess client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
• Coordinate and oversee project execution for clients, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
