Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager to deliver advanced technical support to Client Executive Service while handling Client Administrator duties for existing clients. The role involves collaboration with team members and occasional involvement in Client Executive Service for renewal and new business presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree plus 2–3 years of daily World Class Client service, with a valid California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of daily World Class Client service required.
• Maintains a valid unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• Advanced insurance designations preferred and ongoing professional development encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to Client Executive Service and perform Client Administrator duties.
• Proactively prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals.
• Assist with and/or manage marketing of renewal business and revenue growth.
• Review loss run and claim status reports and prepare loss summaries.
