Job summary
EML Payments Solutions Ltd (EPSL) Overland Park, Kansas, United States is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our North America operations. Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in client services or client support.
- Experience in financial services.
- Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account management to deliver excellent service to North American clients.
- Coordinate with cardholder support to communicate major issues proactively.
- Identify and solve complex problems affecting account management and client relationships.
- Represent EML to clients and clients to EML.
- Share insights on process or technical challenges and drive solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert on EML's products and services.
- Manage regional ticketing and client communications for timely responses.
- Support the Card Production team through the client ordering process.
