Job summary

Fiducient Advisors, part of Wealthspire, seeks a Client Success Manager to oversee onboarding and ongoing engagement for a portfolio of plan sponsor clients. You'll drive reporting, metrics, and program delivery while supporting financial mentoring programs as needed.

With a focus on client satisfaction and proactive relationship growth, you will collaborate with technology partners for platform setup, ensure compliant practices, and travel up to 15–25% as required. This role offers hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in client success, account management, financial wellness, or employee benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and daily operational implementation for assigned clients.
• Coordinate kickoff calls, platform setup, and launch readiness.
• Provide regular client check-ins and performance reviews.
• Prepare and deliver client reporting with participation and engagement metrics.
• Support client retention and expand relationships through proactive engagement.
• Assist in delivering group education sessions and 1:1 financial mentoring when needed.
