Job summary

Metric is seeking a Client Success Manager to support its institutional client base across derivatives and post-trade solutions. The role focuses on maximizing value from technology and services, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

You will engage with investment banks, asset managers and other market participants, driving product adoption and issue resolution in collaboration with Product, Technology, Operations and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Success, Relationship Management, Account Management or a client-facing role within capital markets technology or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives and post-trade processes, including trade confirmation, matching, reconciliation, clearing and settlement.
• Experience with institutional financial services clients such as investment banks, broker-dealers or asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with institutional clients, including investment banks, asset managers and other market participants.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the firm's technology and services.
• Develop an understanding of client workflows across trade processing, confirmations, reconciliation, clearing and settlement.
• Drive client engagement, product adoption and ongoing satisfaction.
• Work with Product, Technology, Operations and Sales to resolve issues and improve the client experience.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through increased product utilization and additional services.
• Lead regular client reviews, manage escalations and address retention risks.
