This role focuses on client retention, marketing execution oversight, and operational support across the agency. As a Client Success Manager at Metta Dealers, you’ll play a key role in managing active dealership accounts, leading onboarding efforts, delivering timely performance insights, and collaborating across departments to ensure campaigns run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Day-to-Day Duties:
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
-Compile weekly and monthly reports for each client to ensure we're on pace with each client's monthly goal.
-Recommend improvements to clients’ strategy.
-Frequent meetings with clients to ensure they're up to day on what we're doing for them.
-Support onboarding of new clients and internal SOP execution
-Provide creative input on content, copy, and campaign direction.
-Run internal audits and performance evaluations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
100% of weekly and monthly reports submitted on time and error-free.
CRM (GoHighLevel) records updated in real-time with 98%+ accuracy.
100% of new clients onboarded within 5 business days.
90%+ of client tasks and milestones completed within scheduled timelines.
80%+ client satisfaction score based on quarterly surveys.
Minimum 1 client campaign improvement or upsell recommendation submitted per month.
