Client Summarization:Since 2009, we have been providing Online Advertising Management Services for eCommerce Retailers and Service Providers. We specialize in Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Advertising. Currently, we are seeking a Director of Client Services who will handle the day-to-day operations for both the client and internal channel teams. You will be responsible for the client relationship; understanding the clients’ business issues and goals, implement innovative buying tactics, develop strategic concepts, and unlock new areas for growth across the paid media landscape.
Background Qualifications- Education and/or Experience:
- Five (5) years experience in Google Ads
- Five (5) years experience in digital marketing
- Five (5) years experience building relationships with clients and peers
- Knowledgeable in multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO)
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics
- Experienced with creating and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Essential Responsibilities:
- Create advanced digital marketing strategies to keep clients ahead of the competition
- Direct management of accounts and campaigns
- Lead all cross division client communication, projects, and deliverables
- Set strategy and goals across all divisions for multi-channel clients and provide clear direction and vision on priorities to achieve to all division leads
- Monitor account performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Utilize analytics and data such as Google Analytics to discover opportunities and strategies and well as assist with reporting needs
- Assist client in establishing budgets and forecasts per channel, as well as use data provided to ensure that budget is being used in the most efficient way
- Research industry trends and stays current on developments in paid search and digital marketing

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
- Salary ranges from $75K to $110K
- Full-time position- must set your schedule per day, i.e. 9 am - 5 pm or 7 am - 3 pm, etc.
- This is a remote position (US citizens only living in EST and CST Time zones).
