We are growing internationally and are looking for a full-time US Based Customer Success Manager to work remotely with our team in Denmark, The Philippines and the USA.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about building strong client relationships, reducing churn, and driving license expansion through value-based customer engagement. You will engage life sciences Quality Assurance Directors, Engineers, IT representatives, and executive team members to demonstrate the value of our digital quality management software, which helps them work more efficiently while meeting strict regulatory requirements.

To succeed in the role, you must have an upbeat, self-starter personality, good IT user skills, and a customer/solutions-oriented mindset.

About the Job

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), your core responsibility will be to retain and grow our existing customer base. This includes:

Build trusted relationships with assigned accounts by deeply understanding their goals and ensuring they derive measurable value from SimplerQMS.

Churn Prevention

Monitor health indicators, conduct proactive check-ins, and address risks before they materialize. Your mission: make churn the exception, not the rule.

Expansion & Upsell

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with customers to expand their use of SimplerQMS across teams, locations, and use cases - driving license additions and long-term value.

Voice of the Customer

Gather feedback to shape product improvements and ensure customer needs are well represented across our teams.

Lead Effective Client Meetings

Ensure satisfaction, address concerns, demonstrate new use cases as appropriate, field license and general support questions, and advise potential customers on how SimplerQMS can help them work efficiently and in compliance with Quality regulations

Subject Matter Expert

Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the realm of our eQMS solution

Expansion of Contacts

Expand our Contacts within the Account with the goal of knowing all critical contacts within the account

Work collaboratively within our sales, implementation, technical support, and product development team to increase knowledge and improve the quality of our go-to-market activities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles - ideally in SaaS or life sciences/regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with QMS software, compliance tools, or regulated environments is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; you’re empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Experience with renewal management, identifying upsell opportunities, and managing revenue-related KPIs.
  • A data-driven mindset - comfortable using customer usage metrics and success plans to guide decisions.
  • Critical Thinking - Understand customer needs and bridge them to solutions
  • Learning Mindset – Fast learner of SaaS product and internal processes/systems. Desire to be the Subject Matter Expert on our software and the needs and objectives of our client base
