Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Are you a highly organized, highly proactive, and highly independent professional looking for an exciting new opportunity in the Customer Success field? If so, the Customer Success Manager role with Johanson Group LLP is right for you! The CSM needs to be a customer-centric team player who is willing go the extra mile for clients and make sure that their ongoing SOC 1, SOC 2, or HIPAA audit engagements go as seamlessly as possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a deep and supportive relationship with our clients
  • Support our clients as they transition from prospective to active clients and update our CRM system accordingly
  • Coordinate with Office Manager to keep track of billing status
  • Work in our project management system to manage new and current audit project status throughout the lifecycle and manage recurring project timeline and client contact for renewals
  • Update and maintain audit engagement statuses in our CRM system for all your clients
  • Coordinate and run kickoff calls with clients for their engagements
  • Communicate with clients via email, Zoom, Google Meet and telephone
  • Respond to client requests, inquiries, and ability to proactively follow up on deliverables from our clients
  • Coordinate with key business partners via Slack

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in professional service field
  • Strongly preferred: 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or GRC
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment
  • Strong time management and self-motivational skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other cloud-based applications
  • Experience with CRM solutions and DocuSign are a plus, but not a requirement
  • Prior experience working with audit readiness and compliance SaaS platforms (Vanta, Drata, Tugboat Logic, etc.) is preferred, but not required
