Job description

Client Summarization:Our client is a virtual practice/business in a box for doctors it delivers patients, Medmal coverage, Virtual workspace, EHR, E-prescribing, and Virtual telehealth visit tools and functions that enable flexibility for the patient and the providers allowing remote visits, replacing the current brick and mortar practices and throwing away the "ball and chain" that come with it. We are seeking a Client Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and can provide customer success with their technical skills. As our Client Success Manager, you will work closely with Sales Director to provide insight on client-to-business interactions, improve customer satisfaction and experience through product support, and handle clients' complaints and requests. As our Client Success Manager, you will build relationships, and implement new programs that will increase the organization’s revenue and minimize churn rates.

Background Qualifications- Education and/or Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of direct marketing experience with a sales mentality
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Knowledgeable in customer success and onboarding process
  • Experienced working with a variety of clients and diverse backgrounds
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships
  • Experienced in document creation
  • Proficient using Google Business Suite or Microsoft Office and learning new software

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage client portfolios
  • Establish clear client retention goals
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
  • Improve onboarding process
  • Promote the value of the product or service
  • Analyze client data to improve client experience
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Evaluate and improve communication infrastructure
  • Mediate between clients and the organization
  • Handle and resolve client and customer requests and complaints
  • Aid in product design and product development

Additional day-to-day tasks will be discussed during the interview process. Which will be updated on the job description once discussed.

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
  • Range- $60K to $70K annually
  • 1099 Contract, with the possibility of W2 employment after 90-day review
  • Remote must be US Citizen; No relocation necessary
