A leading company in healthcare solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager to enhance client satisfaction and retention. You will manage client portfolios and improve product support, leveraging your marketing experience to foster client relationships and drive business growth.
Client Summarization:Our client is a virtual practice/business in a box for doctors it delivers patients, Medmal coverage, Virtual workspace, EHR, E-prescribing, and Virtual telehealth visit tools and functions that enable flexibility for the patient and the providers allowing remote visits, replacing the current brick and mortar practices and throwing away the "ball and chain" that come with it. We are seeking a Client Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and can provide customer success with their technical skills. As our Client Success Manager, you will work closely with Sales Director to provide insight on client-to-business interactions, improve customer satisfaction and experience through product support, and handle clients' complaints and requests. As our Client Success Manager, you will build relationships, and implement new programs that will increase the organization’s revenue and minimize churn rates.
