Position Title: Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and client-focused Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with our existing clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact after deals are closed

ensuring clients are fully onboarded, supported, and consistently seeing value in our services.

This is an independent contractor position with a performance-based structure, ideal for someone who thrives in a client success or account growth role, has strong communication skills, and can balance relationship-building with operational follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients
  • Oversee smooth onboarding of new accounts in collaboration with fulfillment teams
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to review progress and gather feedback
  • Coordinate internally to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to expand service value
  • Track client performance metrics and satisfaction benchmarks
  • Manage and update CRM notes, pipeline stages, and renewal timelines
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally to ensure retention

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Comfort using CRMs, task management tools, and remote communication platforms
  • Ability to learn new services and communicate their value to clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account management, client success, or sales support
  • Familiarity with marketing, automation, or business development services
  • Performance-based experience is a plus
  • A background in digital agencies, B2B service providers, or startups
  • Proven ability to identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships
