Job Description
The Client Success Manager manages, develops, and maintains client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and foster loyalty. This role's focus areas are maximizing current product utilization, upselling into new products to drive growth, and ensuring strong customer retention by reducing churn, renewing customers, and driving net retention through customer satisfaction and health.
