The Client Success Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing Client Success teams to ensure consistent service delivery, performance excellence, and operational alignment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role focuses on team management, performance oversight, process improvement, and operational execution to support retention, service quality, and overall business outcomes. This position serves as an operational leader who ensures frontline teams are equipped, supported, and accountable for meeting service standards, departmental KPIs, and operational objective.

salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Team Leads, and frontline staff.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations aligned with departmental KPIs and service standards.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective action when necessary.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Provide direct leadership and support to Onboarding and Retention Supervisors and Team Leads, ensuring role clarity, consistent execution, and accountability.
• Ensure Supervisors and Team Leads proactively identify performance gaps and take ownership of corrective actions.
• Establish clear leadership expectations and reinforce accountability throughout the management structure.

Operational Oversight

• Execute departmental strategies and performance initiatives in direct alignment with the Director of Operations, with regular reporting, review, and escalation as needed.
• Monitor performance across productivity, quality, attendance, service levels, and efficiency metrics.
• Identify operational trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity alignment to meet business demand.
• Own operational execution for Onboarding and Retention workflows, ensuring clear handoffs, timelines, and accountability.
