About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact during the crucial early stages of the client journey—working closely with Business Development Managers to ensure a smooth, effective, and high-touch onboarding and success experience across SolarReviews, RoofingCalculator.com, and Fixr.com.

You'll help clients get set up for long-term success by guiding them through onboarding, educating them on performance tracking and lead management, and serving as their trusted advisor during the first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Business Development Managers to conduct onboarding calls with new clients: build rapport, set expectations, and gather business insights

Lead new clients through structured onboarding plans tailored to their industry (solar, roofing, home remodeling)

Ensure all onboarding steps, client communications, and action items are thoroughly documented in our CRM

Train clients on lead handling best practices, CRM workflows, and interpreting performance reports

Set clear expectations regarding lead volume, quality, and campaign timelines

Conduct 30/60/90-day success check-ins and transition clients to Account Management at the 90-day milestone

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any onboarding challenges

Support internal training and enablement initiatives for Business Development Managers

Meet or exceed defined KPIs and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in client success, onboarding, or account management

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple client projects with attention to detail

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation workflows

Experience in solar, roofing, or home services industries (preferred but not required)

Background in digital marketing or performance analytics (a plus)

This position is an in office position based in Denver.
