Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Account Customer Service Coordinator I to build strong relationships with key clients and deliver top-tier service in our Supply Chain Solutions division.

This hourly role offers a hybrid schedule (one day each month) with a starting pay of $20 per hour, regular business hours Monday–Friday, and benefits like health coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years or more in a Customer Service role or equivalent.
• One (1) year or more in related Client Account Specialization preferred.
• Basic math skills beginner required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; advanced Excel/Access/PowerPoint skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong working relationship with assigned client(s).
• Respond timely to all inquiries from assigned client(s) via email and/or phone.
• Prepare, update and develop client jeopardy orders reports.
• Publish report internally daily and ensure internal departments review it for solutions.
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned client(s) by knowing SOPs and client expectations.
