IMA Financial Group in Anchorage, AK seeks an entry-level team member to provide foundational support across the employee benefits client lifecycle. You will assist with enrollments, billing, and documentation while developing knowledge of benefits processes and client workflows.

Under guided training, you will handle routine tasks and respond to inquiries, progressing toward independent contributions. This role offers structured mentorship and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency with standard office software.
• Willingness to learn and grow through structured training.
• Life & Health License must be obtained per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across the employee benefits client lifecycle, including enrollments and billing.
• Prepares and distributes client and employee materials with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists with onboarding of new clients by coordinating required data, materials, and internal workflows.
• Responds to routine client and internal inquiries, escalating issues as appropriate while building benefits knowledge.
• Assists with renewals, benchmarking, RFP preparation, and marketing coordination under close supervision.
• Executes assigned tasks accurately while progressing through structured training and guided learning.
