Job summary

Raleigh Rescue Mission Inc is seeking a Client Success Manager for the Men’s Program to lead client engagement, set goals, and coordinate care plans. You will build relationships, coach residents, and ensure progress toward milestones within our New Life Program.

This non-exempt role requires strong administration, goal tracking, and collaboration with team members to provide compassionate, Christ-centered support in a dynamic residential setting, Monday through Friday with occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and data entry experience, preferably organizing and documenting client information.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Experience communicating daily updates in English to a team.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage and follow-up on prospective client inquiries per guidelines.
• Lead onboarding process for new clients.
• Create and update Client Success Plan with clear goals and target dates.
• Meet with each client weekly to develop and follow-up on specific goals towards progression of their Client Success Plan.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to aid in achieving their goals.
• Document and track outcomes in Mission Tracker and leadership scorecards.
